REQUIREMENTS TO RENT

 

 

 

 

 

The United States Postal Service regulates the operation of Private Mail Boxes Stores.  Strict requirements have been placed which are designed to protect the general public against  fraud.  

 

The applicant for a Mail Box must complete the following documentation:

  •   Complete USPS Form 1583.  Form to be signed in the presence of CMRA or to be notarized.

  •   Produce a Photo Identification issued by the State or Federal agency which should have a Serial Number, applicant's signature and date of expiry as a minimum.

  •   Provide another Identification which can be a Student I.D., Work I.D., Utility Bill, Insurance Certificate, Auto Registration, Voter registration Card, etc..  Credit Cards or a Birth Certificates are specifically prohibited.

  •   Provide proof of Residential address if the address is not correctly shown in any of the above Identifications.

  •   Complete Acknowledgement required by Section 17538.5 of State Business & Professional code.

  •   Complete a Rental Agreement.
