Notary Service is available from Monday to Saturday during our normal business hours. 

Notary service is provided per the laws for the State of California which directs that the documents be notarized in the following two possible manners.  The documents preparer has the obligation to specify what kind of Notarization is needed.

The document can be in any language but the signer must be in a position to communicate with the Notary and must know and understand what he is signing.  If the Notary feels that the signer does not understands the document contents or may be signing under family or other pressure or duress, then the notarization will be refused.

All documents which relate to real estate transactions require the thumb print of the signer in the Notary Journal.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The signer of the document must be positively identified.  The acceptable identifications include Driver License issued by any State, U.S. Passport, Passport from any country if it has the U.S. Visa stamp.  All identifications cards must be current and if expired, these must have been issued no earlier than 5 years.

JURAT

The document must be signed in the presence of the Notary and the affiant must swear under oath that the statements made in the document are true.  The signer of the document must be positively identified.  The acceptable identifications include Driver License issued by any State, U.S. Passport, Passport from any country if it has the U.S. Visa stamp.  All identifications cards must be current and if expired, these must have been issued no earlier than 5 years.

NOTARY FEE

Notary fees are regulated by the Secretary of State and may not exceed $10.00 per signature.  The Notary may charge additional fees if other services are rendered which may include typing service, copying service, traveling etc.
